•Bachelors Degree in Communications or related field. Social media emphasis preferred
•3-5 years experience performing social/digital marketing, in a professional environment, preferrably for an NGO, agency, or corporation
•Ability to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives
•Ability to research and create content
•Digitally savvy and have a deep understand of social media marketing
•Experience with writing social media/online content
•Strong knowledge of social media strategies, services, and tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, blogs)
•Understanding of SEO and SEM
•Deep understanding of online and social media communities in non-profit space
•Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment and have deep knowledge of social media technologies, platforms, and services
•Web development (HTML, CSS) experience preferred
•Must be able to work under tight deadlines and in a very fast paced environment
•Understanding of online design trends.
Physical and Other Requirements
•Significant computer work, which may require repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
•Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) bending, pulling, collating/filing, and occasional lifting, carrying, and/or moving boxes, files, etc., some of which could be heavy or require the use of carts.

|About Our Company
This position is responsible for helping drive the social media strategy for the Clinton Foundation. It is dedicated to the promotion of the Clinton Foundation’s work to the online and social media audience with an emphasis on substantial increased engagement with our online communities within the social media sphere.
•Present comprehensive strategic online and social media ideas – in connection with other existing marketing, communication, and development campaigns
•Synthesize and analyze Clinton Foundation engagement and present weekly reports
•Monitor trends in social media and marketing and manage Clinton Foundation social media accounts (i.e google grant)
•Apply knowledge to help develop social media marketing that add value to preserving brand identity
•Provide direction and relevant insights that will guide social media efforts – independent of existing campaigns
•Establish, maintain, and train Clinton Foundation staff on protocol and social media policy
