About Our Company NCLD works to improve the lives of all people with learning difficulties and disabilities by empowering parents, enabling young adults, transforming schools and creating policy and advocacy impact. We envision a society in which every individual who struggles to learn possesses the academic, social and emotional skills needed to succeed in school, at work and in life.

In August, we will be launching a new digital destination for parents of children with learning and attention issues, Understood.org. While our current site, LD.org, is home to two thousand pieces of content and visited by 700k monthly users, we’re ready to outdo ourselves. Understood.org will be a new, brand-forward, premium content destination and online community for parents. The fall launch will be backed by a national cross-channel media campaign with the Ad Council that will span TV, outdoor and digital as we work to build a go-to resource for parents looking to help their child thrive.
