Job Requirements Wenner Media seeks a Consumer Marketing Assistant to work with the Circulation department on various consumer marketing and single copy related tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining cover database, spreadsheet analysis, updating sales trend reports, creating sales presentations, coordinating promotions, interacting with clients, processing invoices, research and special projects. Administrative duties which include coordinating field and NY travel schedules, expense reports, answering phones and filing will also be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Consumer Marketing Assistant must have office experience, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
