Job Requirements 5W PR, a top 25 US PR firm, is looking for a qualified Sr. Manager, SEO. The Sr. Manager, SEO requires an in-depth understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of exceptional traffic and visibility growth from SEO campaign management.

Duties:
• Optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking the major search engines. This includes: HTML, site structure, as well as page layout and navigation considerations.
• Control naming conventions and l inking conventions of web pages, images and multimedia files.
• Manage all social media networks including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. for the agency and company clients.
• Manage in-bound link development from relevant sites and directories.
• Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis.
• Develop, implement and manage SEO campaigns to maintain optimum company rankings in organic search results.
• Perform content maintenance and updates.
• Monitor, review and update web site traffic reports.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.
• Implement online reputation management (ORM) programs for crisis communications arising from personal, brand or company activities.
• Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis on an on-going basis.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in website design
• Minimum 5 years experience in Internet, web design or related business
• Strong background in SEO specifically with search engine guidelines, algorithms and ranking factors
• Strong background in web analytics, including expertise in Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
• Ability to work productively in an unstructured, highly creative environment
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of search engine best practices and ranking strategies
