About Our Company ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage work-ups, pick-ups and camera-ready ads in support of the sales force and in conjunction with advertising production.
• Proof all camera ready and work-up ads to insure they are accurate and appropriate.
• Update on a daily basis materials tracking in Launch Pad, Google Docs- Web Materials tracking, Lead Rotations, and Master Account list. Communicate status of each to the Account Representatives on a regular basis.
• Review and accept insertion orders, contracts, and any new advertisers in the magazine’s ad tracking software. Update billing and change any contact information as necessary.
• Determine any production charges with input from advertising production, the ad director or other appropriate executives and enter this information into the magazine’s tracking and billing software.
• In support of the production function, create the monthly layout of each issue of the magazine, updating on an increasingly frequent basis as deadline approaches, based on a consistent review of the Account Representatives’ spreadsheets.
• In support of the billing function, enter page numbers for each ad once the issue arrives.
• Respond to all advertising inquiry calls and emails from website and administer the “lead list” fairly and even-handedly.
• Perform receptionist duties if necessary on a temporary basis due to the absence of the regular rec
