*We’re seeking a talented Freelance Designer to join our team. Our designers work closely with Program Managers, Marketing, Product, and Developers to produce and extend design direction for projects. We are looking for someone who exemplifies our core values by taking ownership of their assignments and is helpful to others by offering design solutions that go beyond the request.
What would you own?
Engage in on-going interface design work .
Take creative projects; including email templates, landing pages, banner ads, and sales/marketing collateral, from conception to completion.
How would you help others?
Strong interactive marketing and technical skills with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, and JavaScript will compliment your creative abilities.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute in client meetings.
What you need to bring?
2-3 years related experience and/or training in designing for web,
web applications, or consumer web sites, print, and info graphics for presentations.
Solid understanding of the fundamentals of interaction design and user-centered design methods.
Able to use CS5, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and a basic knowledge of programming; CSS, HTML5, is a plus.
Professional experience collaborating in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with, presenting to, and taking input?from, a variety of people, including senior management.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Internet Design, or other related discipline.
