||MensHealth.com seeks a web-savvy content producer to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be tasked with writing, scheduling, and posting social media content, generating daily content for articles and newsletters, uploading copy and images, and helping produce custom edit centers. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid reporter, social media editor, and web producer who has a “no job is to small” attitude, a passion for the Men’s Health brand, and who’s excited to help improve lives and engage readers.
Write, schedule, and post social media content to Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and other social media outlets every day.
Report and write Men’s Health News and other blog posts each week.
Upload copy, photographs, and videos into our content management system daily.
Routinely perform quality assurance checks on website articles.
Produce and prepare content for syndication outlets and newsletters.
Generate great content ideas and be able to execute them quickly.
Help drive and improve reader engagement and traffic.
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least an undergraduate degree in English, journalism, communications, or related field.
A strong desire to be part of the Men’s Health brand, and a passion for fitness, nutrition, health, style, and other subjects that matter most to men.
Experience working in an online editorial environment, particularly with regards to content management systems and social media.
Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills.
Ability to work with people at many levels.
A keen interest in social media.
Creative problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
