||We are seeking a Senior Search Marketing Specialist to join our North Carolina media/connectivity team.
The Senior Search Marketing Specialist will work with Mullen in-house departments and with clients to develop unique and strategically appropriate search approaches. The successful candidate will contribute to Mullen's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies and points of views, as well as maintain constant communications with all departments and leadership teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting paid search planning research using available tools
Developing paid search plans, recommendations and POVs in conjunction with other team members
Conducting estimates, forecasts, and development of paid search campaigns
Oversee the issuing and updating insertion orders and maintaining client budgets
Analyzing campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations
Presenting to clients, as appropriate
Help train Assistant Planners
Four-year degree is required
3+ years of SEM related experience, preferably working in an agency environment
Must have experience with managing junior employees
Must be experienced in on-time delivery of projects with multiple milestones
Experience managing multiple accounts successfully
Additional experience with online media is not mandatory, but desired
SEO is a plus but not required
Ideal candidate will have specific expertise with performance based programs
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Excel, and Powerpoint
Must have experience managing SEM campaigns through 3rd party bid management software such Kenshoo or Adobe Media Optimizer (previously Efficient Frontier)
Use of online measurement tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, or Hitwise a plus
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem solving, and, decision-making skills
Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
Must be able to work within a team, both giving and receiving direction to achieve goals.
