Job Requirements We are looking to hire a full-time, on-site Public Relations/Graphic Design Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a recent college grad looking to get their foot in the door within the world of luxury fashion.

Responsibilities:

* Completing graphic design projects for website & print, lookbook creation and edits, image retouching, editing website homepage, creating 3-4 web marketing blast images on a monthly basis, creating miscellaneous brand collateral when needed
* Contribute to elevating the brand's social media presence by collaborating with the PR / Web team on special projects and creating engaging content across all platforms including brand's website News page
* Assisting PR Director with overseeing all product sample trafficking on a daily basis
* Assisting PR Director with various tasks including but not limited to: seasonal celebrity seeding, producing and executing events, photo shoot prep, model castings, creating press kits
* Guiding interns with daily sample trafficking process, tasks and priorities

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design Communications, Communications or a related field
* High Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
* Basic to Intermediate photography skills
* Previous experience in the fashion industry, specifically sample trafficking, is a huge plus
* An expressed interest in fashion and knowledge of a wide range of trends, designers, fashion magazines (US & International) and industry influencers and personalities
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
