Job Requirements As Assistant/Associate Editor you will be recommending, signing and developing new books and other products reporting to the Editor of the Electrical Engineering (EE) Product Line. Additionally, you will provide assistance and support to the team.

Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years prior editorial experience, preferably in scientific publishing
•Knowledge of the scientific, technical, medical (STM) publishing industry
•Demonstrated knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Windows
•Well organized and demonstrated ability to multi-task
•Strong communication skills to assist incumbent Editor to meet program goals and targets
•Team player, able to work effectively in a global team
•Strong interpersonal skills to interact with authors, reviewers, colleagues
•Command of the English language, both verbal and written
•BA / BS level degree or equivalent experience
•Some travel to attend conferences and meetings within North America is expected
