Sr. Paid Search Analyst/Team Lead

Job Requirements Qualifications:
• Strong client and team leadership qualities; comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on Paid Search industry topics
• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles involving Paid Search and excellent project management skills
• Ability to be an advanced technical and disciplined leader, and manage client communication without requiring Account Supervisor involvement
• Must be able to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations – i.e. Adapte to change strategies and recommendations based on data sets

• Experience managing large scale, complex Paid Search / PPC / SEM Campaigns
• Basic Technical understanding of multi-channel, integrated digital performance marketing involving Bought, Owned and Earned Products and Services such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management and Display Marketing
• Experience with Paid Search Platforms, preferably platforms dealing with Multi-Million Dollar spends such as Marin, Kenshoo and DS3
• Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation and proven Project Management capabilities
• Certifications are a plus in both Fundamentals (Adwords, Editor) ), Analytics and BingAds
• 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree required

The Sr. Analyst will demonstrate the ability to execute client projects and deliverables of Paid Search disciplines across client verticals and service platforms. This Leader will report into the Account Supervisor and is responsible for leading and managing the execution of Paid Search campaign performance and strategies to ensure on-time delivery and properly communicate initiatives to help achieve client goals. This position plays an integral role in leading the development and growth of the Paid Search channel team and providing project expertise to clients, partners and other external audiences.
