Job Requirements Requirements and Skills:
•At least 2-3 years of experience in a digital media environment, preferably in mobile
•Understanding of digital media terminology and metrics utilized to measure audience engagement and campaign success (KPIs) from the advertiser point-of-view
•Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
•Familiarity with research data from sources such as comScore
•Diligent work ethic, creative, and confident.
•Proven ability collaborating in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
•Capacity to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Planners at Verve are responsible for supporting all of the ad sales team’s pre-sales efforts. The Sales Planner initiates the internal strategy and brainstorming necessary to create custom solutions that will achieve a client’s campaign objectives. This includes everything from pricing to targeting and creative tactics. Sales Planners are responsible for managing an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and smoothly transitioning closed deals to the Account Management team to ensure successful campaign launches.

This is a functional and interactive role that fosters thought, creativity, and teamwork. The position is best suited for a resourceful and proactive worker. Someone who can think creatively, but also has the organizational skills to manage a pipeline of proposals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with Sales to determine client’s campaign objectives in order to craft custom RFP responses
•Work with Publisher, Account Management, and Ad Ops Teams to obtain guidance on successful targeting tactics
•Assist sales with research and presentations needed for pro- and re-active meetings
•Act as a team resource on effective proposal best practices across multiple verticals
