Cosmopolitan Magazine is seeking a Senior Integrated Promotion Manager to think creatively, write and produce marketing proposals and programs in response to advertiser RFPs and on a proactive basis, as communicated via request from sales partners and management team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conceptualize big marketing ideas for advertisers incorporating print, digital, social, experiential and retail components and write corresponding proposals and presentations
Attend sales calls to pitch marketing ideas when necessary
Research new innovations/technologies/vendors/promotion partners and arrange meetings and follow-through
Project manage custom content print, video and digital content executions (advertorial and native content) on behalf of advertisers in-conjunction with Marketing Director and Art Director
Work with the digital and social teams to execute integrated programs on behalf of advertisers
Project manage/execute integrated programs on behalf of advertisers including event integrations, custom sampling, sweepstakes, retail programs, outdoor advertising, custom mailings and more
Help execute Cosmo signature events where relevant
Write/create sell sheets and marketing materials for select promotional programs
Requires excellent writing, communication and self-editing skills, strong organizational abilities, creative thinking, good follow through, and a high degree of comfort when interfacing directly with agency and brand contacts. 4 - 7 years’ experience, magazine/media marketing department experience preferred; digital and social experience is essential.
