•Supports magazine subscription renewal marketing efforts, maintains schedules and samples, including all electronic and web-based renewal and billing efforts
•Assists in creation of agent promotions/ads, maintains subscription agent authorization listings
•Implements renewal creative, offer testing plans and monitors final execution of mail packages from fulfillment house
•Management of billing efforts and implements billing tests to improve payment response
•Prepares, analyzes and distributes billing, renewal and gift source reporting
•Monitors digital competition and assists with the data management and reporting of all digital platforms including monthly forecasting and reporting of eReader performance across platforms
•Acts as primary contact for fulfillment group, maintaining all schedules and policy tables
•Assists Consumer Marketing Director with AAM reporting by keeping program preapprovals and other key reporting up to date and centrally organized
•Manages all gift, renewal and billing inventory stored at fulfillment house
•Prepares 6 month renewal, gift and billing component orders
•Dictates customer service policies to fulfillment house and handles all customer service directed to Washington, DC, office via phone, mail and e-mail
•Forecasts and prepares postage transfers
•Manages and tracks fulfillment outgoing postage and magazine Periodicals 3541 mailing statements
•Works closely with Consumer Marketing Manager collaborating on business initiatives.
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
•1-3 years marketing experience, in consumer marketing/magazine publishing a plus
•Outstanding record of achievement in current/past positions
•Creativity, persistence and tenacity
•Strong analytics and real-time judgment
•Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Effective time management and organization skills
•Strong work ethic
•Experience with Palm Coast Data fulfillment a plus
•Experience with digital platforms’ reporting tools a plus
•Experience in online subscription development a plus
