The Inventory Auditor reporting to the Logistics and Material Flow Engineer, is responsible for maintaining inventory control of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods. As an Inventory Auditor you will:
Implement, coordinate and oversee a daily perpetual physical cycle counting program to count all warehouse and production locations per frequency schedule. Review results and make suggestions for audits
Identify causes contributing to inventory discrepancies and work with managers to implement policies and processes to support sound inventory management practices
Compute physical count by tallying material in process and material on shelf to determine total on hand
Communicate daily with all levels of management and hourly employees to keep inventory accurate
Advise Kanban Coordinators of out-of-stock items upon discovery
Prepare monthly inventory accuracy reports from continuous inventory results, indicating accuracy levels by location
Follow all related policies and procedures while adhering to established safety, inventory, quality and productivity goals and standards in accordance with corporate and site guidelines
Must have an understanding of manufacturing work orders and be able to use BOMs
Prepare reports, showing current inventory on hand, and identifies any adjustments made to inventory
Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies as well as compile information to account for any discrepancy on receipts or disbursements of material
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse material areas.
Perform other duties as required.
To be considered for the Inventory Auditor position, you need:
HS diploma, BS degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
Experience in inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliation, loss prevention analysis
High math aptitude and demonstrated Microsoft computer software proficiency
Ability to drive a forklift truck (Sit down & Stand up )- Training will be provide
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This employer will not sponsor applications for work/student Visas.

Professional experience with 3D printing or MakerBot is a significant plus
