Job Requirements • Four year degree
• Minimum of 2-5 years managing full life-cycle, cross-functional projects
• Exemplary track record of project / program management and delivery, business analysis, change management within a business change environment
• Proven knowledge and application of formal project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal & listening skills
• Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project skills
• Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus

Oxford University Press, Inc. has a challenging and rewarding position available for a Project Manager. The primary responsibility will be to project manage and drive the completion of a number of key strategic projects and initiatives. The incumbent will work with members of the Office of Strategy Management (OSM) and senior management to oversee multidisciplinary work teams, in all phases of the project life-cycle. The successful applicant will be an energetic and disciplined thinker who can ensure project teams set aggressive objectives, establish efficient work methods, determine roles and accountabilities and achieve all project deadlines within budget.

- Project manage projects from initiation to closure
- Work with project sponsor/executive to define project criteria (scope, budget, deliverable, stakeholders, timeline)
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Complete all necessary project documentation
