||Key Job Responsibilities
• Prospects and develops working relationships in the ad buying community.
• Utilizes integration concepts to develop marketing programs and create and deliver
• compelling presentations.
• Successfully negotiate business on behalf of Zee Group Websites.
• Performs necessary analysis and planning to assure that the objectives and priorities for
• each sales call are established and met in time frames acceptable to the client.
• Develop client-specific pitches, attend client meetings, make presentations and close sales
• (including travel)
• Attend promotional events and other client networking events.
• Remains current on industry trends and regional positioning.
• Stewards proposals, deals and post-deal analyses.
• Participates in addressing clients’ concerns, questions and objections. Close sales with
• each targeted client.
• Ability to work in matrixed teams both here and abroad.
• 0-3 years experience buying or selling digital advertising.
• Candidate must have passion for advertising sales and digital internet sales.
• Strong conceptual and consultative sales skills and the ability to position a suite of
interactive opportunities against online competition as well as other advertising vehicles.
• Familiarity with digital ad sales software is an added plus.
• Familiarity with a multicultural niche audience.
• Familiarity to any South Asian community language a plus but not required.
• Bachelors in Advertising / Marketing.
|About Our Company
||As the Account Executive, Local Digital Sales, you will be responsible for all digital ad sales including India.com and Zeenews.com. You will drive new business development, maintain existing accounts, and meet revenue budgets. Duties include researching businesses as potential advertisers and identifying decisions makers on the accounts; calling on account decision makers to present the benefits of Zee Group websites for local marketers as well as monitoring sold schedules to ensure they run correctly.
