Job Requirements WSB-TV seeks a dynamic leader to champion the company's digital strategy. Reporting to the GM, the Director of Digital will work in collaboration with other department heads overseeing all digital content and business strategy. The correct person must be able to lead teams in a matrix environment, including stakeholders from content, sales, social, marketing and finance.

This person is not just passionate about digital/social/mobile media but is going to be a teacher and leader related to the new thinking needed in a digital age. This person will be responsible for the implementation and execution of our enhanced digital strategy.


Qualifications:

This person must have at least 5 years of experience defining, launching and monetizing digital content and advertising products. The ideal candidate will bring the right combination of long-term vision and the ability to successfully implement processes, procedures, standards and best practices. Knowledge of the broadcast media industry required and understanding of digital media business models preferred. P&L management experience a plus. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
