Job Description: The freelance Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Strategic Marketing Department in the creation and execution of client programs including tracking sponsorships, gathering materials, developing PowerPoint presentations, excel charts, writing creative concepts, capturing screenshots and providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

- Sponsorship Tracking Report: Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of TV/Digital sponsorships on RFP tracker. Included with this is alerting Account Executives when materials are due for upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Element Execution: Responsible for gathering assets related to the execution of USA marketing elements. This includes completing Deal Memos and routing them to Traffic, Production, Digital, Mobile, and Social. Responsible for communication about and approval of Marketing Elements among AE, Client, Ad Ops, Graphics Production, On-air Marketing and Digital, Mobile, Social. Coordinate meetings to discuss current pending execution of marketing elements, team brainstorms, kick-off and status calls.
- RFP Brainstorm/Response: Work with Strategic Marketing Department to ideate concepts for proposals in response to RFP’s. Draft initial concepts and meeting notes and circulate to the attendees.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep finger on the pulse of the ever-changing digital environment. Explore the internet and cable/broadcast landscape to find notable products/initiatives that are being executed by competitors. Present to Strategic Marketing & Site teams
- Client Recaps: Assist in the creation of client recaps and coordinate accompanying marketing elements for delivery to the AE and client. Acquire research, program elements, screen grabs, videos etc.
- Administrative Support: Provide basic support as needed including but not limited to: managing requests for assets through the printing documents for team meetings, scheduling meetings, writing meeting notes, coordinating travel etc.

Qualifications:

Required
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years marketing experience in media (broadcast, cable, digital), ad agency, web portal or a large promotional firm
- Curiosity for new, emerging and trending technologies/platforms for consuming media
