For the past seven years, I've been a full-time freelancer. Before that, I worked in finance, so it's no surprise that I specialize in business and finance. I love it. I do all the fun parts of my old job - doing research, talking to people, explaining what's going on in these sectors - but I have none of the headaches of market hours or earnings season volatility.

For the next week, I'll be posting about covering business, improving the profits of your freelance operation (I am a notorious cheapskate), and looking at media news. If there is something you want me to cover this week, zap me a line.
