“I’m currently an undergraduate journalism student and had planned to go to grad school to get a degree in PR/Marketing/Communications. My plan is to work as a reporter/writer for five years then get into public relations. Either way, I want to go to grad school. I want to do journalism first because I love it and I don’t want to ruin my creditability as a reporter by going into PR before that. Am I going about this the right way?”
