I found this to be a pretty good little essay and set of guidelines from Absolute Write on what to do if rejection hits you hard--whether it's a pitch, a job or a manuscript. Although I rarely solace myself by saying "A lot of successful people develop drug issues." Please. I would kill to have a success-related drug problem!
