Killer Post, What is It?If you're serious about blogging, you should be posting every day. This can seem like a more impossible task than NaNoWriMo, but the key to a popular blog is consistency. So how do you come up with material every damn day? Chris Garrett at Performancing has some ideas. From my experience at my site, having a schedule can help. For instance, Tuesdays, I do lists. Wednesdays, I have an advice column. Thursdays, I have a review. And Fridays I tend to do interviews. When you can plan ahead based on a schedule, it's a bit easier to see ahead and think up material. |
