Get Me Out of Here

Lolaaa.jpgWorking at home in your pajamas is only fun for a little while, let’s admit it. Sometimes you need to get out of Dodge (and by “Dodge,” I do not mean a cowboy town in Kansas, I mean your home office.)
So what’s the best way to track down WiFi hot spots so you can take your laptop on the road and work from new locales? I asked Gina over at LifeHacker. Her first recommendation is JiWire, where you can search for hotspots and narrow it down to free services, coffee shops, truck stops, airports, whatever suits you. If you prefer a Starbucks (and sometimes, you just need one of their big ridiculous pieces of pound cake), Wi-FiHotSpotList will give you more pay options but at more chains you might be familiar with.
