How to Pitch: The Wall Street Journal's Weekend Journal
Anyway, Rebecca Onion chats with the section's editor Amy Stevens about freelance opportunities for y'all at the section. It is a toughie. If you've written for the WSJ before, that's a good start. If not, try Takeoffs & Landings and the Details section. You have to have had serious writing experience, though, so this is a near-impossible one if you're a newbie. The good news, though: freelance opps with the section sometimes lead to job opps. Excuse me while I go put away my Louis Vuitton trunks. |
