About 64 million skilled workers are said to be able to retire by the end of the decade, causing companies to create a new recruiting model for the latest breed of job seekers. There seems to be a drastic difference in work ethic, attitude, and priorities. Companies such as Microsoft, is listed as one of the "Great Employers for New Grads", hiring 1,200 college graduates out of 60,000 applicants. It doesn't hurt that the starting salary is a whopping $75,000 per year.
