The San Francisco Bay Guardian is known for two things. First, it invariably blames every and all problems in the city of San Francisco (excuse me, The City; SF style is a little different from AP) on Pacific Gas and Electric. Second, each year, it publishes a list of "censored" stories. These are not necessarily buried by some official directive, but they do not necessarily receive the coverage that one might expect given their magnitude. Look it over and see what you think.
