Syndicated columnist Maggie Gallagher got paid to promote the President's pro-marriage initiatives, according to the Post. Hey government: In case you're interested, I have a blog and I'm VERY open to 'suggestions,' if you know what I mean. A-hem. Marion Barry says it's time to retire the clip of him smoking crack, says the WashTimes, because he claims that it's racist, i.e.: nobody ever talks about Bill Clinton. In other news, Marion Barry living on the moon. Iraq says that it holds no responsibility for US press covering the elections there, per the Observer. That's not encouraging. What went on behind Brigid Hughes' dismissal from The Paris Hilton Review. The Local Man is more important than the celebrity, per the Post, which apparently never reads the Onion. How come we never care about what the Local Man is wearing, then? And ABC hates Star Jones, as do I. |
