Two Newsbits About ReportageDaniel Engber at Slate has an interesting article on how much doctors are allowed to tell the press about patients. Meanwhile, yesterday Jon Friedman at Marketwatch published a piece about the role of "snark" in journalism. Writing "snark" like that makes me hate the term "snark" but I suppose that's a "snarky" thing to say. Tomorrow they publish an interview with the Godfather of Snark, who is probably James Brown's sarcastic young nephew. |
