Guccione Sr.'s respected-but-defunct science magazine, in South Florida. The Miami Herald reports the pair "are planning to launch national magazines dealing with arts and entertainment." Considering that the Gooches have never launched a magazine together before (Gooch Sr. merely put up the early money for Spin) it should be a wild ride for whoever signs up.
