Spring Has Sprung
And here is my love poem to thee, the MBToolBox Reader:
Your skin glows like the kumquat, blossoms fruity as the kumquat flower in the purest hope of spring.
My heart follows your cello voice and leaps like a tuna at the whisper of your name.
The evening floats in on a great sparrow wing.
I am comforted by your cardigan that I carry into the twilight of footbeams and hold next to my arm.
I am filled with hope that I may dry your tears of orange juice.
As my neck falls from my shoe, it reminds me of your stapler.
In the quiet, I listen for the last boing of the day.
My heated nose leaps to my leg warmer. I wait in the moonlight for your secret candle so that we may slight as one, nose to nose, in search of the magnificient maroon and mystical horse of love.
