If you’ve got your resume online, it doesn’t hurt to keep it as fresh as possible, not just to keep it up to date, but because some recruiters search for the newest ones. Some more on keeping your resume like-newhere.
By the way, it never hurts to have an unformatted, text version of your manuscript around. Why? Because some job sites do not retain formatting when you paste in your resume. A nice, clean, plain version of your resume is preferable to one that’s jumbled together and hard to read, and having it on hand is easier than reformatting each time you submit.
