I was reading the Freelance Success Board last week, and I read the following endorsement which I took as spontaneous and sincere (IE she is not being paid by Proctor and Gamble):
I started taking Glucosamine Chondroitin pills about 5 weeks ago. I can't believe how much it's reduced the wrist, hand, and elbow pain I was experiencing from pounding away at my keyboard!!!
FYI: I'm taking the double strength version made by Puritan's Pride...500 mg of Gluc, 400 mg Chon, 120 tablets. Buy two bottles and you get a third free -- www.puritan.com.
NOTE: Don't take if you're allergic to shellfish.
Anyway, Sheri Bell-Rehwoldt is the writer who endorsed the supplements but please take note--neither she nor I are medical doctors--but she is a satisfied writer. So who would you trust more anyway?
