Turn Your Column Into a Book
For those of you who write columns, Absolute Write has some ideas on how to turn your material into a book (hey, it worked for Dave Barry about a thousand times.) You could also potentially use some of these tips if you think that your blog really has book potential (note: just because you have written a lot on your blog and it’s been linked doesn’t necessarily mean that it will sell well as a book.) Above all, make sure you have a good and unique pitch. “A Bunch of Things I Wrote Over the Last Three Years” probably won’t cut it.
