Lyle Underkoffler was named vice president, Digital Media in 2010. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and management of the digital strategy, positioning DPW as the leading resource for high-quality virtual content for children. Mr. Underkoffler maintains a keen sense for digital trends in the marketplace, consumer buying patterns, emerging hardware platforms, and the e-retailer landscape. He currently works in conjunction with the books and magazines content team to develop product plans, create contractual arrangements with e-retailers, and leverage DPW content to produce new digital opportunities in the marketplace. Previously, Mr. Underkoffler has served as the director, Strategy for Disney Publishing Worldwide. He was responsible for the annual Strategic Plan process and partnering across DPW business areas to analyze and help drive global growth initiatives. Mr. Underkoffler was also director of Strategy and Business Development at Zagat Survey, where he established a roadmap for growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and new ventures. In this role, he developed and executed a 3-year strategy across interactive products, both online and mobile. Lyle’s broad corporate strategy experience includes senior positions at Dun & Bradstreet, The Wall Street Journal, Morgan Stanley, and Deloitte Consulting, where he developed a strong track record of effective strategy development, customer segmentation, operational improvement, and change management.

Kamal built and currently leads the fast-growing Mobile division within RadiumOne. Prior to joining RadiumOne, Kamal managed the media team at Yahoo! Ad Network. There, she provided leadership and direction in all aspects of the Yahoo Ad Network and also contributed strategic direction after the acquisition of BlueLithium. Kamal co-founded and developed BlueLithium, a pioneer behavioral targeting ad network. She was instrumental in coordinating design, the flow of all UI features, analytical modeling of optimization algorithms, and the execution of the flagship products. She was also heavily involved in developing new business and building out the team. Prior to BlueLithium, she co-founded ClickAgents and served as the Director of Network Development, where she successfully brought brands to the premium publishers via performance-based initiatives.
