Alicia Keys Wants You…To Blog

alicia_keys.png

Alicia Keys‘s voice has reached millions, but she needs your help to blast it into the blogosphere! If you have what it takes, you could be the Head Blogger for the new site www.IAAS.com. The goal of IAAS.com (I Am A Super Woman) is to create an online community connecting, inspiring, and broadcasting important topics related to women. You will be the main voice of the website aiming to motivate and encourage women all over the globe! This is an opportunity to turn your creative writing, blogging, and social media skills into a promising career within the Arts & Entertainment industry.

Alicia Keys is working with Monster.com to find her new blogger. It’s a real job, sounds like, but the selection process is one of those half-application, half-contest things that have become so popular.

Because Monster.com is a partner in this, you have to apply through Monster—the board will be showing off its new 6Sense semantic search technology by combing through all resumes automatically/robotically.

The finalists will be flown to New York, where part of the job application process includes being interviewed for a morning TV show, and then the top three finalists will be flown to London to blog about the Black Ball. The person who does the best job there will finally be offered the job on national TV at the end of June.

That’s three months away. We aren’t sure who can really afford to put all their eggs in one basket for three months, but whoever that person turns out to be will probably be set for life after getting the gig.
