Fine Cooking Seeks Editor With the Recipe for Success

Calling all hungry job seekers! Fine Cooking magazine is looking for a creative and experienced editor to join its Newtown, Conn. team.

You’ll be responsible for managing the magazine’s editorial content, art and test kitchen, producing all regular issues of the magazine in addition to overseeing special issues. Ready for your close-up? Good, because you’ll also be representing Fine Cooking in the media, while collaborating with the advertising, sales and marketing teams on issue plans.

If this job looks good enough to eat, listen up. You’ll need at least eight years of journalism experience, with at least five years in magazine editorial and two years of management experience. It’s a cooking magazine, but being an avid Food Network viewer isn’t going to cut it. You’ll need a culinary degree, professional cooking experience or proven culinary knowledge to land the gig.
