Tom Phillips, who before he headed Google’s Search & Analytics division helped found Spy magazine, is moving to social media audience data provider (phew) Media6Degrees, becoming the company’s CEO. He replaces Joe Doran, who will remain on the company’s board. (PaidContent)

Bonnier Corp. has purchased Conceive magazine from its founders. Financial terms were not disclosed.
