Not too long ago we wrote about New Year’s resolutions and it’s hard to believe April is almost upon us, isn’t it?
Well, it may be time to dust off those notes and reacquaint ourselves with the idea of getting and staying healthy at the office especially with warmer temps on the rise.
1. Get moving! Get your juices flowing, get away from your desk. Even if this involves putting on a pair of sneakers to walk around your office lobby during lunch time (assuming of course, it’s a large lobby), it’s all good. Save errands for your lunch hour and as an excuse (sad we need to create a reason to tear away from the desk) and commit to doing them.
