The big deal is that it looks like agreeing to AT&T's TOS when signing up for service waives your right to participate in a class action suit. My eyes tend to glaze over when I start reading and thinking about these sorts of things. So, I'll point to an email linked from Slashdot's item...

What if I am unsatisfied with the resolution AT&T offers me for a problem I am experiencing?
