T-Mobile USA, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile USA and Helio are all being targeted in a patent infringement suit filed by Intellect Wireless.

RCR Wireless News reports that the Texas-based company filed a federal suit claiming that the cellcos all infringe on its patents for wireless image messaging, also known as picture caller ID.

Intellect Wireless was issued the patents last year. Its founder, Daniel Henderson, is listed as the sole inventor on all three patents involved, the article says.

The company filed its eight-page complaint with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
