But, no, this is a serious report on a silly subject. Phones have been hacked for years. In fact, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak ("Woz") is famous for his pre-Apple Blue Box "phreaking" days on the wireline telephone network. According to Wikipedia, one of Woz's blue boxes is on display in the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California.
