Google is growing its mobile advertising business to include images in addition to text. The mobile display banners are offered in four sizes, which makes a lot of sense since there's a lot of variance in screen size from a flip-phone to an iPhone.

According to CNET's Crave blog, the banners are similar to those you see on a typical Web page, but Google limits them to one per page and requires that they link back to mobile-specific sites.
