Mobile technology and services firm iLoop Mobile and mobile commerce enabler OpenMarket have hooked up to offer companies a single solution for creating, connecting and managing mobile marketing, advertising and content distribution.

The joint solution combines iLoop's mFinity Platform for mobile content creation and delivery with OpenMarket's mobile transaction network. The companies describe their combined offering as "an efficient and cost-effective 'one-stop shop' integrated solution" that enables companies to launch complex mobile initiatives without having to deal with multiple service and technology providers.
