The Orchard and mobile solutions provider ZTE have formed a starategic partnership and calls for the Orchard to provide ZTE and its partners with access to the Orchard's catalog of independent music.

Under the deal, the Orchard and ZTE subsidiary ZTE Mobile Tech (ZTEMT) will jointly develop marketing parograms and content bundles that they'll provide to ZTEMT domestic partners China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecoms as well as its growing international customer base.
