Verizon, Vodafone Stream 4 Songs Live from Madonna GigTurns out Vodafone won't be broadcasting the whole Madonna concert at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City tomorrow night, as was implied in published reports. Rather, Vodafone and Verizon Wireless will both simulcast four songs live from the show, which is scheduled to start at 10 pm on April 30 (which translates to 3 am GMT on May 1). In the US, only Verizon Wireless subscribers with V CAST-enabled phones can watch the performance. Vodafone's live stream will be accessible to customers in Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain and the UK. For fans who can't catch the live performance, Verizon Wireless will archive the four songs on the V CAST Performances channel for 30 days. Email This Post |
