DOT's Local City Guides Now Travel with You

travel tickets.jpg Online local city guide Discover Our Town (DOT) has turned to mobile publishing services provider Verve Wireless to take its guide mobile. DOT boasts up-to-the-minute info on food, lodging, stuff to do, stuff to see and community organizations for more than 2,000 cities and towns across the US.

The free service focuses primarily on medium and smaller communities.
DOT Mobile is accessible from all carriers and works on any handset that has mobile Web access, including BlackBerrys and iPhones. Users can get to the site from the handset at http://discoverourtown.mobi/ or they can text the keyword "DOT" to "21321" to receive a link to the site.
