Google Crushes Mobile Search Competition
According to a new study from Nielsen Mobile, Google had 61% of the mobile search market in Q1. Microhoo held the second and third slots, with Yahoo at 18% and MSN at 5%. A Fierce Wireless report on the survey notes that Google gets a huge boost in market share from being the default search on the iPhone. iPhone users do more Web searching than the average mobile consumer.
