Boost and Helio Change Up Plans

RCR Wireless News reports that Boost Mobile and mobile virtual network operator Helio just tweaked their unlimited voice, data and messaging plans. Here's the scoop:

- Boost Mobile launched a $1 per day, pay-as-you go plan. That includes unlimited nights and mobile-to-mobile calls, with a (horrifying) daytime rate of 10 cents per minute.

- Boost also lopped $10 off its monthly 600-minute plan, bringing the monthly cost from $70 to $60.

- In a big cut, Helio slashed its monthly unlimited plan from $145 to $99 for a limited time, according to the report. That plan includes unlimited nights, mobile-to-mobile, messaging, data and GPS services.
