Here's another good article, this time from Business 2.0 magazine, about how cellphones need to be easier to use. It's along the same lines as our earlier post, but again, it's not rocket science: if people have a hard time figuring out how to watch video clips on their phones, they're probably not going to bother, no matter how much the wireless industry pretends otherwise.
